Folly Farm is one of Wales' top adventure parks and all positions here meet or exceed the National Minimum wage. Work at Folly Farm ranges from part time seasonal work to full time work all year round, with excellent career prospects. There is a huge variety of work across our various departments, including zoo keeping, farm work, pet centre supervision, catering, children's entertainment, fairground work, retail, grounds maintenance and promotion and public relations. Positions are suited to students, part-time or full-time workers. Flexible working arrangements can also be accommodated.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We are dedicated to developing our employee’s skills and potential. As part of an ever-growing business, there are numerous opportunities to develop your role and progress from Assistant, to Supervisor and Senior Supervisor. Folly Farm is dedicated to providing first class customer service, and provides in-house training for all job roles, with a support/mentor network within each department. Access to further training is also available in the form of NVQ qualifications in catering and customer service. Other part-time courses are also considered.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Presented on a monthly basis for outstanding achievement in customer service, with an award consisting of a Customer Service Award certificate and £25 voucher.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE
With over 150 members of staff, both full and part time, there is a vibrant social life within the organisation, co-ordinated by our staff-run social committee. Events have included beach parties, football matches, quiz night and the end of season party.

SUGGESTION SCHEME
Enter your ideas into our suggestion box and be entered into a prize draw. Suggestions are reviewed at the managerial meetings, and entered into a monthly draw.

THE GREEN TEAM
