citizens, disabled* (accompanying carer free of charge if

Children aged 2 and under are

* If possible please bring proof of disability with you
e.g. proof of disability entitlement (Disability Living Allowance,
Attendance Allowance), blue car badge, etc. as this is helpful for
staff on reception as disabilities are not always apparent and
carers not always required. Proof as position of carer would also
be helpful if available.
Please note: As of 30th June 2011 we will
no longer accept cheques as payment; we accept all major
credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express; We
do not accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers as payment for or towards our
annual passes, group bookings or the second entry under our
Boomerang offer and we do not participate in the Tesco Restaurant
Rewards Scheme; The Fun Fair, Go-Karts, Diggers, The Pembrokeshire
Wheel and Santa's Grotto are subject to a reasonable extra charge;
last admission is one hour before closing time; under 14s are not
permitted without an adult; and except for guide dogs we cannot
allow dogs into the park or on the nature trail.
Extra charges in detail: Go-Karts and the
Big Dig are £2 per person per go. Funfair tokens are 50p and most
rides take one token. Santa's Grotto is £6.50 per child and they
will receive a present. Adults will receive a mince pie and a glass
of mulled wine.
Because nature is unpredictable and the welfare of our
animals is paramount, feeding routines, demonstrations, shows,
talks and opening times may be adjusted without notice. We reserve
the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.
