General
1. Folly Farm reserves the right to refuse admission to the park,
or to remove any visitor whose behaviour is deemed
inappropriate by staff.
2. Under 14s are not permitted without an adult.
3. Because nature is unpredictable and the welfare of our animals is paramount, feeding routines, demonstrations, talks and shows may be adjusted without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.
4. Folly Farm reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Folly Farm occasionally runs online promotions and refunds cannot be made on any tickets purchased before the promotion start date.
eTickets
1. eTickets must be purchased by midnight the night
before
you intend to visit to allow for your transaction to be
processed.
2. Nobody will be allowed admission to the venue without a valid
eTicket. Under 14s are not permitted without an adult.
eTickets are valid for three months from date of purchase.
Annual pass eTickets must be exchanged for an annual pass within
three months and will be valid for 12 months from date of
exchange. Annual passes are non transferrable and carry a
photo of the holder.
3. All eTickets should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot
always be rectified. Opening days and times must also be
checked before visiting.
4. eTickets cannot be exchanged or refunds made after purchase.
Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any
circumstances.
5. Defaced or altered eTickets or passes will become void and the
holder will be refused admission.
6. eTickets cannot be transferred. eTickets cannot be resold for
commercial gain.
7. Proof of address will also be required for entry. Proof of
entitlement for certain eTicket purchases may be required for entry
e.g. disabled ticket.
8. Some optional attractions at Folly Farm are not included in the
cost of the eTicket and require an additional charge e.g. Funfair
Rides, Diggers, Go Karts, Big Wheel and Santa's Grotto.
9. Discount vouchers, promotions and offers cannot be used in
conjunction with eTickets.
10. eTicket visitors are reminded Folly Farm reserves the right to

Gift Tickets
1. The recipient must bring this gift ticket with them to
gain entrance to Folly Farm. Under 14s are not permitted
without an adult.
2. All gift tickets should be checked on purchase, as mistakes
cannot always be rectified. Gift tickets are valid
for 12 months from date of purchase and annual pass gift
tickets must be exchanged for an annual pass within three
months and will be valid for 12 months from date of
exchange.

visiting.

Annual Passes
1. Annual passes are valid for 12 months from date of
purchase. Annual pass gift tickets or eTickets purchased
online must be exchanged for an annual pass within three months and
will be valid for 12 months from date of exchange.
2. The annual pass is specific to the named person(s) and can be used during normal opening hours and up to the expiry date stated on the card. It is not transferable. It is up to the annual pass holder to check opening times before they visit.
3. You must bring your annual passes every time you visit. If you visit without your annual pass then you will be asked to pay the normal day ticket price which is non-refundable. Lost annual passes can be replaced but at an additional charge. Replacement cards can only be issued in person, as a new card - including a new photograph - will need to be produced.
4. An annual pass covers admission to Folly Farm only. Additional charges for optional attractions will still apply; The Go-Karts, The Big Dig, The Pembrokeshire Wheel, Funfair Rides and Santa's Grotto.
5. Annual pass holders under the age of 14 must still be accompanied by an adult.
6. Annual passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer or promotion. Refunds will not be given.
7. General park terms and conditions apply to annual pass
holders.
8. Tesco Clubcard Rewards Tokens cannot be used as payment for
or towards annual passes.
Boomerang Tickets
1. Admission under the Boomerang offer will only be granted with a
validated Boomerang ticket.
2. To get a Boomerang ticket you must show today's receipt and have the Boomerang Ticket stamped and validated by reception staff before you leave.
3. Boomerang applies to full-paying visitors only which includes people that have paid full price entry using Tesco Clubcard Rewards Tokens. The offer does not apply to those who have already entered on a reduced entry offer e.g. group bookings and complimentary ticket holders. You are not able to use Tesco Clubcard Rewards Tokens to pay for the return entry under our Boomerang offer.
4. The Boomerang offer is non-transferable, meaning only the people who originally paid full price to come in can return for half price.
5. As part of the validation process you will asked to fill in the last four digits of your payment card or your driving licence ID number and bring this with you for the second visit as proof of your identity.
