Food and beverage supervisor

An exciting opportunity to join our supervisory team.

Liaising with the management team you’ll be responsible for ensuring your designated outlet is fully stocked and operational to meet the needs of our guests. Driven to deliver our mission to exceed guests’ expectations, you will be promoting the highest standards of guest service as well as taking the lead with food hygiene, ensuring policies and procedures are always adhered to. Leading by example you will also be responsible for supporting and training your team to fulfill their duties and reach their full potential.

The key outlets we are currently recruiting for include our ice-cream parlour (Dairy Shed) and fast food outlet.

A typical day as a Food & Beverage Supervisor includes:

• Setting up the outlet, undertaking food preparation, and cleaning duties to ensure the outlet is ready for service
• Organising the team and overseeing all aspects of the outlet operation to deliver 5* service
• Providing impeccable guest service, dealing with guest queries and problem solving
• Training team members in all aspects of the outlet to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Overseeing the outlet closure ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and signed off

Who we’re looking for:

As part of our supervisory team, you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.  We’re looking for someone who is organised, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, in order to exceed guests’ expectations; creating magical moments for families to treasure.

Experience in catering is essential, with supervisory experience and food hygiene qualifications being desirable.
