The Role:

Supporting the senior supervisory and management team in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across the site. This will be an operational role, with an eye for detail a must. Key duties will include:

  • Undertaking the cleaning of holiday accommodation including our showman’s wagons, lodges and Twiga Tents, and performing checks to ensure our 5* accommodation is ready for our guests
  • Support with, and undertake cleaning across both the attraction and Holiday Park, including shower and toilets blocks, hand wash and staff facilities as well as indoor play areas, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, product presentation and guest care is achieved
  • Undertaking and recording cleanliness/safety checks in accordance with the Company H&S Management system and guidelines
  • Leading, training and mentoring team members to deliver high standards
  • Assisting the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to monitor and replenish cleaning products, linen and all other associated stock

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will need to be experienced in housekeeping and guest service roles, full of energy and enthusiasm. Attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and strong communication is essential to deliver our mission to exceed expectations.

You’ll need to have a positive, can-do attitude, and a practical, resourceful and common-sense approach to tasks, willing to adapt and take on alternative duties as required.

Please note this is a physically demanding role.
