We’re looking for a reliable and people focused person to assist with the daily operation of a multi-outlet department, driven to deliver our mission to exceed guests’ expectations, whilst creating magical moments for families to treasure.
Working closely with management you will be responsible for overseeing up to 70 staff. You’ll need to take the lead with health & safety and food hygiene; ensuring policies are always adhered to. Support and nurture the team to fulfil their potential with excellent motivational and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include; staff supervision and assisting in the delivery of a staff training strategy, with particular focus on ensuring accurate cash handling. Food preparation, counter service, up-selling, product knowledge, portion control and cleaning.
Working in this fast paced role the successful candidate will need to be flexible to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and the ability to deliver a high quality service consistently.
Previous supervisory or training experience in a similar role is essential. Possession of a recognised food hygiene certificate is desirable.
Applicants must be flexible in their working hours and willing to work weekends/Bank Holidays, with cover expected for the occasional evening function.
