An exciting opportunity to join our HR office, working as part of a small team, in a varied and dynamic role. Covering a range of HR functions key responsibilities will include;
- Providing administrative support to the HR management team including the maintenance of attendance records, producing staff correspondence as well as filing and record upkeep
- Assisting with seasonal recruitment and delivering Company inductions
- Organising and overseeing the work experience programme for the Company, liaising with departmental managers
- Acting as a central point of contact for employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of HR fundamentals, with a willingness to learn through our company training programme. They must be self-motivated, highly organised and pro-active, with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Will also need to demonstrate the ability to work with discretion, to deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Experience within HR, administration or at supervisory level is desirable.
The successful candidate must also be flexible in their working hours, willing to work weekends, Bank Holidays and occasional evening events.
