Covid-19 Coronavirus - Information for visitors

We’re now temporarily closed

Following the latest government guidelines in response to Covid-19, we have taken the decision to close Folly Farm temporarily from Saturday 21st March until further notice.

We’d like to reassure you our dedicated team will be here to continue to care for and feed our animals.

We’re closed to the general public for the time being but you can support our work in caring for our zoo and barn animals by buying an animal adoption, or an animal experience, annual pass or a day ticket – which can all be redeemed once we are open again.

We’d like to thank you for your continued support over the last few weeks and indeed the last 32 years. We feel very privileged to have such loyal visitors and to play our small part in the wonderfully supportive Pembrokeshire tourism community. We’d also like to thank our hard working team who have coped admirably these last few weeks in increasingly challenging circumstances.

Animal adoptions – these are still available to buy online.

E-tickets – If you have a valid e-ticket we will extend this for an additional three months from the expiry date. This will be reviewed again if needed.

Annual passes – If you have an annual pass we will extend your expiry date for the length of the period we are closed or the length of time you had left on your pass that you missed.

Animal experiences – If you have booked an animal experience during our closed period we will contact you to rearrange this.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers – Tesco is extending the expiry date for tickets already issued to 12 months from date of issue instead of six months.

Holiday Park bookings – We’ve had to take the difficult decision to postpone the opening of our holiday park until 5th March 2021. For touring park bookings we can transfer your booking to next year or we can give you a full refund of your deposit or total balance paid. We’re holding our prices for next year so if you re-book it will be at the same price. For Showman’s Wagons bookings, you’ll need to contact our booking partner Hoseasons, who you booked with, and check out their terms and conditions.
