The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and people focused person to assist with the daily operation of a multi-outlet department. Working with the commercial and food and beverage managers you will have responsibility for a team of up to 70 staff.

Key responsibilities include; staff management and assisting in the delivery of a staff training strategy, setting targets and objectives.  Taking the lead with health and safety and food hygiene; ensuring policies are always adhered to.  Stock control. Budget guidelines. Food preparation, up-selling, product knowledge, portion control and cleaning.

Applicants must be flexible in their working hours and willing to work weekends/Bank holidays, with cover expected for the occasional evening function.

Who we’re looking for:

Candidates will need to be flexible to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, good communication skills and a strong team ethos.  The successful candidate should also be driven to deliver our mission to exceed guest’s expectations.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working at a supervisory or senior level, in a similar, customer focused, fast paced role is essential.  Possession of a recognised food hygiene certificate is desirable.
