Covid-19 important update

In line with Welsh Government guidance on the opening of touring parks, all bookings will need to be for one household, or extended household, only and we can only accept motorhomes and caravans that have their own on-board shower, toilet and kitchen facilities.

  • Our facilities block which houses our showers, toilets, laundry and washing-up station, will remain closed until shared facilities are permitted under the guidance.
  • We respectfully ask that guests stay within their pitch and respect the social distancing measures when walking around the site. In Wales the safe distance is written in law as 2m so please bear this is mind.
  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times to make sure they don’t accidently break social distancing guidelines.
  • We’re doing everything we can to keep you, others, our staff and our wider community safe. So, we ask that when you visit our attraction you follow our social distancing measures which you can read more about in our Staying Safe guide. We also ask you to respect our local community, who understandably may be a little nervous about about increased visitors to the area and follow social distancing guidelines when visiting shops, beaches, our coast path and any other local attractions to keep yourselves and others safe. If you are able to bring food and drink with you to reduce pressure on our local infrastructure, it’s much appreciated at this time.
  • You must not travel to our touring park if you, or anyone in your household, have any coronavirus symptoms including a temperature, new persistent cough or sudden loss of taste or smell. If you, or another member of your household, become unwell during your visit you must return home, self isolate and call 119. If you don’t feel well enough to drive then you should contact our park warden on the number displayed in reception who will make travel arrangements for you.

Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to extending a warm welcome to Pembrokeshire.

We’ve thought of everything, so you don’t have to.

Our super-sized pitches, with views of our big wheel, show just how close you are to our attraction.

Our super pitches have a large hardstanding area and a grassy area for picnics and play! We want to keep things as simple as possible to help with your holiday planning so our prices are all inclusive.

Q: Is the touring park open all year round?

A: To begin with our touring park will just be open for the season from 13 July 2020 until 02 November 2020.

Q: When can I arrive?

A: Pitches are available from 1pm and we ask for you to vacate by 11am on your departure day. But we’re not the fun police so if you’d like to pay one last visit to the vintage fairground or you want to say goodbye to the penguins then we can arrange for you to leave your caravan or motorhome in a holding area on a first come, first served basis. Just speak to our park warden during your stay.

Q: What additional cleaning measures have put in place?

A: Our Elsan disposal points will be disinfected three times a day. When you use this facility we ask you to disinfect your hands using the sanitiser provided and wear gloves when you touch any surfaces and handles. Our recycling station is disinfected three times a day and has a hand sanitisation station outside. We ask you to use these before and after touching our bins. Our services bollards are cleaned before your arrival. Our reception booth has hand sanitiser on the outside so please make use of this and refrain from touching the door handles or windows, thank you.

Q: Is there a minimum stay?

A: During school holidays we require a minimum booking of three nights. During this time our arrival days are Mondays and Fridays. Outside of the school holidays you can book for just one night if you wish and arrive on any day of the week.

Q: Is entry to Folly Farm included in the price?

The prices you see in the booking results are for the pitch only but you can add entry to your booking as an extra. You’ll only pay our standard day entry prices once and this gives you unlimited entry to Folly Farm for the duration of your stay. At the moment, due to the Covid-19 pandemic we’re asking all visitors to our attraction to pre-book their visit so we can control numbers for social distancing. If you’re staying with us you will not need to pre-book your visit as we’ve accounted for these visitor numbers and held back a daily allocation of tickets.

Q: How many people can stay on each pitch?

A: There is a maximum of six people per pitch included in the price. Although, we’re not going to make you leave someone at home, so if you need to add an extra person or two then please just contact us. In line with Welsh Government guidance all bookings must be from the same household, or extended household and we respectfully ask to remain within your pitch area and follow social distancing guidelines when walking around the site, thank you.

Q: Can I pitch a tent?

A: At the moment Welsh Government guidance does not permit camping due to its requirement to keep shared facilities closed.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Absolutely, we love animals here, so by all means bring your dog to stay in your tourer or motorhome. We’re sorry, but we can’t allow them into the attraction so please check our dog policy for details of day kennels nearby as they can’t be left unattended in caravans. And it goes without saying that we expect you to clean up after your dog and respect your holiday neighbours by keeping them quiet at at all times.

Q: Can I bring my bike?

A: Sure thing. We’re bike friendly. We just ask you to respect the social distancing guidelines on site and supervise your children when they’re cycling.
