Seasonal Operations Supervisor

An exciting opportunity to join our operations team, in a varied and dynamic role.

The role:

As part of our operations supervisory team, you’ll fulfil a wide range of duties working across all functions from fairground to admissions and park presentation. Daily duties will include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service, acting as a point of contact and ensuring immediate service recovery is achieved.
• Training the team, providing support and assistance, always leading by example.
• Taking the lead with health & safety; ensuring policies and procedures are always adhered to and using health and safety systems to carry out and sign off safety checks.
• Helping to oversee the Fairground, operating rides, assisting with guest queries and attending to token machines to ensure a smooth operation is achieved.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and completing daily cleaning schedules.
• Overseeing the carpark including parking and assisting with group arrivals.
• Supervising Admissions, ensuring efficient queue control and that cash handling procedures are being followed to create an excellent first impression for our guests.

Who we’re looking for…

Can you deliver excellent guest service whilst dealing with high volume, high pressure days? You’ll be helping to support the daily running of the park, promoting safety and driving forward guest engagement. You’ll need to be people focused and adaptable, with the ability to deal with various situations as they arise.

To be a Folly Farm supervisor you’ll need to be a real team player with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills and an eye for detail is a must.
