As part of our operations supervisory team, you’ll fulfil a wide range of duties working across all functions from fairground to admissions and park presentation. Daily duties will include:
Who we’re looking for…
Can you deliver excellent guest service whilst dealing with high volume, high pressure days? You’ll be helping to support the daily running of the park, promoting safety and driving forward guest engagement. You’ll need to be people focused and adaptable, with the ability to deal with various situations as they arise.
To be a Folly Farm supervisor you’ll need to be a real team player with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills and an eye for detail is a must.

Hours | Working hours vary on a 7-day rota basis with start times between 8am-12pm, finish times as business requires. Please note due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays |
