As well as the Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor we’ve been humbled in recent years to receive a Travellers’ Choice Award placing us in the top 1% of businesses on TripAdvisor. We received this award in the zoo category in 2014, 2015 and 2017. In 2017 we were rated the 10th best zoo in the world according to TripAdvisor.
