“We are loving our annual pass. We always visit a couple of times a year but bought the passes when we visited Santa at Christmas time (annual tradition for us) and we already plan to visit lots this year. We’ve also got the feeding penguins and giraffes booked in.” – Kate Winfield, Neath, 27 January 2022, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We absolutely love our annual pass. We live just over an hour away and this is our weekend go to. Since we’ve had our pass we’ve visited Folly Farm at least 6 times…we’ve got 8 months left on our pass! So worth the money no one trip to Folly is the same!” – Jessica Cope, New Quay, 27 January 2022, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Well worth it, only been twice so after we go one more time it will be paid for. Looking forward to the summer!” – Ashley Kirk, St Clears, 27 January 2022, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Numerous visits whatever the weather! We sometimes spend all day and other times just pop in for an hour. Great fun for all the family and great value for money.” – Ceri Kingston, Gloucestershire, 21 February 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We like our annual pass because we think its good value, we see something new every time we visit you. The animals always look well cared for and we can see you are developing animal enclosures and areas all the time which to us is very positive for animal welfare. You won a Welsh tourism gold award which is very well deserved and we think value for money you are exceptional.” – Sue Johnson, Capel Iwan, 25 February 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We come to Folly Farm around 8 -10 times a year, more so in the winter months when it is less busy. We will be renewing this May. As we have a younger child we never get round everything in one visit.” – Leeanne Wilkinson, Haverfordwest, 21 February 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“This is our 2nd year of purchasing a pass. It’s fantastic value for money. Folly Farm is great for a day out for us with two small children. We use it during school holidays and weekends during warmer months. I’ve used it once with a school trip as well. Maybe would be a good idea to remind pass holders when their pass is due to run out and see whether they would like to purchase again.” – Clare Smith, Aberdare, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Brilliant value for adults. For preschool (3yr old) it’s expensive. I am doubting renewing when the time comes. Personally I would be more comfortable with paying £25-30 for all 1-3 year olds. Then the £40 for 4-16 (or the max age) Local people with 2-3 yr olds utilise Folly Farm pre school holidays and bring non pass holding family members along to help as they are a very busy age.” – Samantha Houghton, Haverfordwest, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I use my pass once a week when it’s open in the week. My daughter is 2. Some times we go for the soft play. Others we go to see the animals and make a day of it. I like that I can spend as little or as much as I like, we don’t always visit the fair ground and can take a packed lunch. I have a pass for manor house also and they are the best things I have ever bought and will definitely update.” – Samantha Corbin, Pembroke Dock, 31 January 2019 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I use it lots in the 6 weeks holidays and occasionally through the year. I buy one every 2-3 years as we’re on a budget but do love Folly Farm so much, especially how its always developing and upgrading. 1 tip though I visit sometimes with my mum instead of my husband and she has to pay, there should be an exception that my mum takes my hubbie’s place.” – Rhian Clark, Aberdare, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We love our annual pass my mum lives in Pembroke Dock so Folly Farm is a great place to meet her and keep the kids entertained. We usually visit 8 – 10 times per year. It’s great value for money as even if we just come for the afternoon the kids have loads of fun.” – Mary Williams, Swansea, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“For the past 3 years every Monday with my granddaughter she has had one for 2 years now and it is the best value I’ve spent money on. I did used to take my granddaughter mum & mum’s brother here when you first opened but my has it changed so much no pass in those days thank you so much for all the fun days that Amia and I have had.” – Pat Jephcott, Cosheton, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We live 10 mins from Folly Farm and have been visiting since our two boys have been small. After adding up how much we spent throughout the year on entrance fees, we decided an annual pass would be more cost effective. We visit at least twice a month and during the school holidays at least twice a week, sometimes for the day and sometimes just for an hour or so to use the soft play.” – Sally Langon, Pendine, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We visit for day visits and also a couple of hours, this is why we love the annual pass as we can pick and choose how long we visit for. We have visited about 7 times since we have had the pass. It is excellent value for money!” – Michael Stagg, Gorslas, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I have the disabled annual pass, my career goes free, it is really good that it let career go free. I have renewed the card 2 times now, have used it quite a lot.” – Amy Barrett, Milford Haven, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We have a caravan based in Narberth. entertaining 2 young boys 5 & 8 is always a challenge as both like different things but at Folly Farm there is something for everyone. We used the pass around 10 times, some were full days out others we popped in on a rainy day to use the indoor area. All round good value for money, our family love it and purchasing another pass this year.” – Sarah Rees, Narberth, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I will recommend the Folly Farm annual pass to everyone. We visit any time we can, around 3 times a month, regardless the weather as there is so much to do at Folly Farm that none of us get ever bored. Value for money is fantastic, you can spend as little as few pounds for the whole day if you bring your own pack lunch and drinks or if you rather travel light they’ve got everything you need. A+++++” – Spencer Lewis, Swansea, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We are new pass holders gifted to us for Xmas, we have already visited, and plan to again soon. It’s fantastic value and each visit is always different.” – Charlette Richards, Crymych, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Having a annual pass is so good because you can go as many times as you like and you then have money to buy food or gifts because not having to pay. My granddaughter has a pass too, she’s two and I love the staff who are so lovely there. You know you will have a lovely day out.” – Jane Downing, Narberth, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We have had an annual pass for about 5 or 6 years. We visit family in Templeton several times a year and always visit when we come down. We have had a photograph taken on the Shirley every time we visit. We often just call to see Hugo or to run around before we drive back to Manchester. It’s good value for money as we just call for an hour or so which we wouldn’t if we had to pay each time.” – Emma Belt, Manchester, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We absolutely love the annual pass because it’s such good value for money. We have a 4 year old and 1 year old and visit Folly Farm at least 10 times a year. Living in Bridgend, it’s quite a drive but the pass allows us the flexibility to just come down for a few hours on a weekend whether it’s sunny or raining, there is so much to do! It’s our family’s favourite place to go.” – Rebecca Davies-John, Bridgend, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We love the annual pass. We are a family of 5 with the two youngest being 5 and 6. We have family and friends with children of similar ages so we often use the passes as a group outing and we have also used them as family days out as well as a rainy day activity inside the soft play area. Ours run out soon and we will definitely be renewing them.” – Stacey Yeomans, Haverfordwest, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I’ve bought one for my daughter for the last 4 years. We come rain or shine, holidays weekends and inset days. Great for rainy days too we bring a picnic and come to the indoor play and fairground. Every visit is different, sometimes it’s a zoo visit, sometimes it’s just a play visit in the amazing play areas. Every year something new to see, play or explore. We will be renewing ours again.” – Sue O’Connor, Crymych, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I had the 1st ever annual pass (no 1) when my children were small – they loved it – great value at the time we used to pop down on Saturdays to play and they loved seeing the animals. Still love coming down now but as they are older it’s not worth an annual pass.” – Alison Griffiths, St Clears, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Myself and my best friend bought one when her kids were 1 and 3. For her little boy’s birthday I bought him one and when her little girl was old enough she got her one. We would come once a month and maybe more if there was a special event happening. It was lovely to have it knowing every month we’d have a nice trip and the kids loved scanning their passes. They felt like VIPs.” – Rhianydd Thornton, Pontypridd, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Excellent value for money. I have one and so does my son. We go as often as we want. Especially in the school holidays. Plenty to do no matter what the weather. He can tire himself out in the indoor play area while I have a coffee or we can walk around and see all the lovely animals.” – Amanda Hickin, Whitland, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“The ability to come and go when ever it suits, even if it is for an hour. Great value for money. We have used ours after a long journey home as a treat for the children and to break up the day.” – Gareth Thomas, Milford Haven, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We all love Folly Farm! We use our annual pass for days out or just to bring the children for a run around for a few hours. There’s plenty to do indoor and outdoor. The children love the outdoor play area’s and Skull Rock is their favourite. I’m not too sure how many times we have used our annual pass, but we renew it every year! Christmas time at FF is so magical too!” – Debbie Thomas, Cardigan, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“This is the first year we’ve had an annual pass. We’ve used it about 10 times so far (since July 18). We have an 18 month old so it’s great for popping in for short periods. We’re looking forward to weekday open hours so we can spend more time there. We find it very good value for money and will be purchasing them for years to come!” – Lotti Russell, Pendine, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“It’s good value. We visit approx 6-8 times a year often with friends who have passes too. We love that Folly Farm is so close and with the pass we don’t mind if we visit for a day or just an hour or so.” – Emily Dashfield, Tenby, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I had my first annual pass last May. I wish I had done it years ago. I have 4 older children & now a 1 year old who I take when ever I get the chance. The annual pass gives me the freedom to go when ever I like & I can decide whether to go for an hour or the whole day. I would never just go for an hour if I had to pay the entry charge every time! Great value for money!” – Louise O’Sullivan, Narberth, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Love the annual passes. We visit very regularly, often just for a couple of hours and even if it’s raining as we then just use the soft play and indoor animals. Good value however I think it’s quite a steep jump from the toddler price to the 3+ price as it’s the same for a 14 year old which doesn’t seem fair.” – Victoria Jones, Efailwen, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We’ve held annual passes for the last 3 years, ever since my son was a year old, and they’ve been a god send! It’s the perfect place to head to no matter the weather and compared to the cost of going to a soft play facility, it’s far, far better value for money. Not only do you get a large indoor play area but all the amazing animals and outdoor facilities as well!” – Lucy Corfield, Pembroke, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We love it. We tend to pop in for an hour or two. But may do this a few times a week. It’s a great way to beat the crowds. Fantastic value for money.” – Andrew Dix, Saundersfoot, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I can visit any time, for a few hours or for a full day. Only live about 20 minutes drive. My annual pass runs out in August and I’ve already been 4 times. I’ve had an annual pass for the last 5 years and it’s worth every penny. My daughter enjoys visiting and seeing the giraffes and the penguins.” – Caroline Jones, Saundersfoot, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“This is the 2nd year running we have purchased a season ticket, my daughters, 10 and 6, and myself love coming here. I like the fact that it’s always being updated and well maintained, always clean and tidy and the animals look well looked after. We sometimes come for the day or just a couple of hours, my girls love collecting the pop badges, Folly Farm never disappoints, love it keep up the good work.” – Martina Rabaiotti, Milford Haven, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We visit Pembrokeshire at least twice a year. When we are there we visit Folly Farm every day of our holidays because my son loves the place so an annual pass works out great for us. His favourite place is the funfair and mainly the ghost train. You’re ride operators recognise him because he always films the ride on his ipad. See you at Easter.” – Richard Mooney, Telford, 29 January 219, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We try to visit at least once a month. I think it’s excellent value especially as we’re a large family, as we can give the kids a great day out and not have to worry about finding entrance fee each time.” – Tracey Hixson, Swansea, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I use mine when I have my niece or nephew. I find it means I can justify popping in for a couple of hours, rather than it being a mission of a task! We often come away saying “we didn’t see” but because of the pass I can just say “that’s ok, there is always next time.” – Amy Robinson, Cross Hands, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We have had an annual pass for the last few years. Kids never get bored of Folly and its great just for a few hours without worrying about the cost. I’d say we go 20+ times in a year (sometimes just for a couple of hours).” – Georgina Rose, Pembroke Dock, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“It’s fantastic value for money, we visit quite often with our family. We all buy them.” – June Williams, Llantrisant, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I think membership is great value for money as Folly Farm constantly reinvest in the farm and as such there’s something new there every year. We tend to go on weekends, we don’t tend to use it after school due to the opening hours. I would say that it does bother me that I have to wait with all customers that have to pay to get in rather than having a fast track lane for those with membership.” – Emily Gleeson, St Clears, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Last year I purchased 5 annual passes, have done for years. Being my grandson’s carer, we tend to have a couple of hours over the weekend, school holidays to catch up with friends. Great purchase, couldn’t be without this pass. Great to see what the park adds extra each year, amazing so much to do and see.” – Julie Duke, Wooden, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Probably visit every 2 weeks in the nicer weather, once a month during the colder months. We love it cause it’s good value for money, there’s always something to do whatever the weather.” – Abby Morris, St Clears, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Annual passes are fantastic value for money and a must have if you live locally with children. We used our most recent pass at least 15 times in the last 12 months. Even on a rainy day Folly Farm provides so much entertainment for small children.” – Kim Kenlay, Pembroke Dock, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We received a pass for our daughter’s 1st birthday and it was the best possible gift. There is so much to do and see that no matter how often we visit, we can always find new things to enjoy and my little ones love our trips to see the animals.” – Nicola Brake, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Living locally can pop in anytime and as often as I like. Most definitely value for money.” – Iris Morris, Saundersfoot, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Great value for money. We have a caravan in Saundersfoot so we use it at least once a month during the summer months. We also use it just to come and play inside if it’s raining. The only thing I would suggest and have mentioned it before is a separate queue for annual pass holders. We end up queuing for ages to get in at busy times when I feel there is no need as we don’t need to pay.” – Louise Davies, Ferndale, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Excellent value for money. Also, we like the fact that the price doesn’t increase every year like general admission does so in that sense it’s a bargain. After school and in holidays main use. Probably use it 10 plus times a year.” – Carla Lewis, Begelly, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We love it. We live nearly an hour away so the annual pass really suits us as we spend a few hours with you and then go home, we have done this over 10 times and we have lunch in the restaurant because it didn’t cost us entry . I would like to see a separate queue for the annual pass as waiting is a pain and a pass for 2 adults or a family of 3 . We always enjoy our visits.” – Amy Thomson, Abercych, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“These are very good value for money and when we have one we do use it a great deal. I would suggest maybe a home-education discount for education purchases, or a monthly payment scheme as it is a lot of money to pay out all at once especially when your family is on a tight budget – we literally have to start saving for the next pass soon after purchasing another pass – just an idea!” – Maria Sky, Wiston, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Have had annual pass for last 3 seasons..my grandsons just love folly farm so we come as often as we can, my eldest grandson whose now 7 has worked his way up from going on all the baby rides to now he’s on 99% of the rides…such good value for money…hopefully we will be getting another one this year.” – Jean Vaughan, Fishguard, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Excellent value or money. As grandparents we visit several times during the spring summer autumn season when we visit our caravan in Broadmoor. I’d like to be able to put the grandkids on their own pass so that when they visit with parents we don’t have to sort out passes etc. We often pop in for a few hours after being on the beach and definitely if it’s raining. Soft play is superb.” – Paula Barber, Nottingham, 29 Janaury 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Brilliant value for money, we’ve visited many times over the last year. Great to be able to just go to the soft play if it’s raining. Our pass has just run out, we will definitely be renewing our pass! So much to do at Folly Farm for our children who are 5 and 3.” – Briony Chambers, Carmarthen, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I have had an annual pass as a Christmas present for the last couple of years and think it is wonderful! I often pop out for a couple of hours with my little boy! Normally have a picnic, a nosey around the animals and then soft play or sand. It’s brilliant value for money and an excellent way to spend a couple of hours or a day!” – Angharad Bell, Pembroke, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Has to be my favourite annual pass! Kids love it so much they know the staff by name. Probably use it once a week in the Summer, spending anything from a few hours to the whole day. Some days we just use the outside parks and sand pit and the new outdoor playhouse is brilliant. It’s a must visit at Christmas to see Santa.” – Michelle Raymond, Milford Haven, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We bought a family pass last year for the first time. It was a one of the best things we bought I could take our daughter for a couple of hours or we could all go as a family for the day. She loves visiting Folly Farm and can’t wait to meet the new arrivals this spring.” – Victoria Shand, Pembrokeshire, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We can pop in anytime even for an hour if passing! I’ve lost track of how many times we have been, there is something different every time we visit! I think it’s good value!” – Clair Gale, Milford Haven, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Had an annual pass for 2 years in a row now, incredible value. We go around 8-10 times a year at least. If it’s raining we go for an “indoor folly day” so much to do rain or shine. Even wet days we just wrap up warm and make sure we see all of our favourite animals. Love how the farm has developed and always excited for the future of Folly Farm.” – John Cottam, Swansea, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We use our pass regularly as we have a holiday home in Tenby. Great for a day trip or just for a few hours. Fantastic value for money and caters for all ages. We as a family love Folly Farm. We will be renewing in March.” – Emma Ball, Narberth, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“It’s very good value for money, as you only need to visit 3 times to get your money’s worth. I’m local to Folly Farm so to be able to plan a last minute day out without having to worry about the cost of getting in is a big factor for me. It’s also handy if you just want to pop in for a few hours. Have bought annual passes for the last 5 years and will continue to do so until my boys are older.” – Natalie Davies, Haverfordwest, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“With the annual pass we try and visit every school holidays and a few times during the summer! My children never get bored, there is always something different to see or do. Especially when the characters are there, last year we thoroughly enjoyed Peter Rabbit. Can’t wait till our next visit! Annual pass gets a pass from our family, definitely worth every penny!! Thanks Folly Farm – best day out!” – Ffion Davies, Llandysul, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Being local we visit often, whether it’s a whole day or just an hour with your indoor fair on a rainy day, it has been known for my husband & I to call in while the kids are at school.” – Rebecca Rowe-Davies, Haverfordwest, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Four star reviews

“We have a caravan in Kiln Park we are on our 3rd annual pass. We love Folly Farm and pop up on weekends when we are in Tenby an use throughout the holidays. It is value for money as in go 3/4 times and you technically got you money back but returning annual pass holders you should offer a form of discount to renew mine expires March and I’m going to have a break but I’d renew if there was savings.” – Ceri Poole, Cardiff, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I bought it last year for my grandchildren who were visiting from Canada, they loved it being 3 year old twins but unfortunately they were only here for two weeks so I didn’t really get my money’s worth out of it so wish I could have used it again to bring along other family members? I don’t expect a refund but if I could have transferred it to my name & not theirs for future use?” – Patricia Williams, Narberth, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We love our annual pass. This is the 9th Year for us. We use it a lot but avoid all days when you have characters etc…too busy! I was very disappointed when you removed the discount for buying online as people who are not as loyal and pay per visit can get a discount. We got our money’s worth from the pass but there are no other benefits for being a pass holder. Would like priority queue.” – Catherine Blake, Cardiff, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Good value for money compared to other parks and their annual passes. Happy to pay because Folly Farm is so good and so well kept.” – Diane Lewis, Laugharne, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Mae’r tocyn blynyddol wedi bod yn grêt i ni fel teulu. Mae’n golygu y gallwn alw’n aml ac aros am y bore’n unig i’r un fach i gysgu’n y car ar y ffordd adref!/The annual pass has been great for us as a family. It allows us to visit often and only stay for the morning, enabling the little one to sleep in the car on the way home!” – Lowri Davies, Caerfyrddin/Carmarthen, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I think annual pass holders should be able to scan their card at a stand alone gate, its so annoying having to queue especially in Summer! I’ve had passes for years and just about to renew again. I think parents should be a bit cheaper as you’re going for kids who as a family of 5 it costs me a lot of money every year. It’s a great place and overall value for money to be honest.” – Sinead Lewis, Narberth, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Three star reviews

“We use our pass maybe 2 times a month (more in holidays). Love that we can come rain or shine. The only downside for us is the amount we then spend in the fairground. Perhaps as an incentive to pass holders you could offer reduced price on tokens!” – Leanne Jarratt, Pleasant Valley, 31 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐
“Because we are local it doesn’t make sense for us not to have one. We use ours regularly. I have noticed in the last few years unfortunately the price had gone up every year. I think if it was to go up any more it may put us off from buying one. As my children are getting older it’s difficult to justify paying more than £45.” – Sarah Williams, Clunderwen, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐
“When on maternity leave I well and truly got my money’s worth. Great value. However last year I only attended 2-3 times so decided not to renew as for 4 passes is quite a cost. In the summer we would tend to stay away – too busy there or if weather is good would prefer the beach and before I knew it it was winter and you were closed. A 6 month pass would be good or even 5 entry pass or something.” – Emma Plumb, Narberth, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐
“My child loves this place. So much for her to do. Always have a fantastic time here.” – Rhian Bright, Rhondda, 29 January 2019, ⭐⭐⭐
