The History of Folly Farm

It's time to get nostalgic...

history IconFolly Farm opened in 1988 following the decision to diversify from dairy farming into the leisure industry.  A limited company, owned and operated by the Williams and Ebsworth families, it attracts 400,000 visitors to the 200 acre park each year making it Wales' top paid-for tourist attraction.

Winner of the Wales Tourist Board's Best Day Out in Wales award in 2005 and 2010 and the 2009 recipient of Pembrokeshire Tourism's Best Family Day Out award, Folly Farm's visitors can experience a whole day of entertainment in six fun-filled zones.  Over the last twenty years Folly Farm has heavily re-invested into the attraction as part of a continual improvement and development programme.

Folly Farm holds Investor in People status and is a major employer in Pembrokeshire with 60 full time employees and an additional 100 seasonal members of staff.
