Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Role:

This is a varied role, where you will be working across a range of outlets including our Hungry Farmer Restaurant, Burger Bar, Coffee Shops and ice-cream parlours.

Daily duties will include:

• Ensuring a friendly welcome to all, leading the way with exceptional guest service.
• Maintaining 5* food hygiene standards, you will undertake and organise a range of cleaning duties including mopping floors, washing up and table clearing and be responsible for ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and daily checklists signed off.
• Assisting with food and drink preparation.
• Training the team and delegating tasks to always leading by example and acting as a mentor to your team.
• Using the till, processing orders and following all cash handling procedures whilst controlling queues. 
• Troubleshooting and forward planning to ensure a smooth food service is delivered.

Who we’re looking for:

Do you thrive working in a busy, high-energy environment? We’re looking for a team player who is professional, approachable and calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are required to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have catering experience, with food hygiene qualifications and/ or supervisory experience being advantageous.
