We have an opportunity for someone with a love of food to join our kitchen team. You’ll be working as part of a small team to prepare and cook food, help keep the kitchen running smoothly all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service. Daily duties include:
Who we’re looking for:
As part of the Folly Farm team, you’ll need to have the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ability to prepare and present food to a high standard and in accordance with food hygiene requirements is a must.
You must be 18+ years with previous catering experience. Food hygiene and allergen qualifications or the willingness to undertake these qualifications is essential.
