  • An adoption certificate
  • A crocodile fact sheet
  • A crocodile cuddly toy
  • Your name displayed on a thank you board in Folly Interactive next to our crocodile enclosure

If you’d like to include an entrance ticket to Folly Farm in your crocodile adoption gift pack the price is just £40 and includes all of the above plus an entrance ticket for one person (a saving of £6.95 on a standard adult day entry ticket).

How do I adopt a crocodile?

To adopt a crocodile, just click through to the crocodile adoption page and choose if you’d like to adopt with, or without, an entrance ticket included.  You can adopt a crocodile for yourself or for someone special and we’ll also send a special gift message along with your crocodile in your adoption pack.

We can also post your adopt a crocodile parcel internationally for an extra £10 – so if you’re buying a present for a croc-loving relative abroad, fear not!

Your crocodile adoption will last for 12 months, and 10% of the profit will help raise money for our conservation partners. So you’ll feel pretty cool about giving this gift too.

Schools and group organisations can also purchase our adoption packages. Please call the office on 01834 812731 to make arrangements.

You can read our animal adoption terms and conditions here.

About Folly Farm’s crocodiles

Our dwarf African crocodiles are called Bobo and Zemora and they are a breeding pair. Zemora, our female, was smuggled into the UK as part of the illegal pet trade and seized by customs before being re-homed at Drayton Manor zoo with Bobo. They are part of an endangered species breeding programme so we’re hopeful of having baby crocodiles in the near future.

Crocodile adoption reviews

"Loved the toy and information pack and the little house it all arrived in. Can't wait to be able to visit your lovely zoo again and meet them with the ticket we brought too."

Sharron Hardwick, Kilgetty, 5 out of 5, 02 June 2020

I bought two - meerkat and crocodile and sent them to my grandchildren in Hartlepool who were absolutely delighted, they were so excited receiving their toys in the boxes and certificates. They can’t wait to come and visit again. Two very happy children."
