Food and beverage assistant

The role:

We’re looking for F&B Assistants with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service to join our team. This is a varied role, working in a range of outlets from ice-cream parlours to Burger Bar and Hungry Farmer Restaurant.

Daily duties include:

• Providing a friendly, efficient food service.
• Assisting with food and drink preparation.
• Working on the till processing purchases, following cash handling protocols.
• Restocking the area, ensuring stock is plentiful and displayed attractively.
• Ensuring 5* food hygiene standards and cleanliness standards are upheld. You’ll be undertaking tasks such as mopping floors, washing-up and table clearing.
• Working independently and as part of a team.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a guest facing role, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. The ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment is also essential. You must be able to work to safety and food hygiene protocols and be willing to learn and develop your skill set. Food hygiene qualifications and/or catering experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours	Variety of shifts available (full and part time) Working hours vary on a 7-day rota basis with start times from 9am to 11:15am. Finish times vary as business requires. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
