Kitchen Porter

The role:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team. Working within our busy Hungry Farmer Restaurant delivering up to 300 – 400 covers per day at the height of the season, you’ll help to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are safety are maintained.

Daily duties include:

• Cleaning all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and efficient work area

• Sweep and mop the floors, surfaces and storage areas

• Support the Kitchen team with basic food preparation as required and trained

• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures followed

• Work collaboratively as part of our team to ensure a smooth service

Who we’re looking for:

As part of the Folly Farm team, you’ll need to have the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Succesful candidates will also need to be able to work independently or as part of a small team, and adhere to all COSHH and safety protocols.
