Operations assistant

The role:

Our Operations team fulfil a wide range of tasks and are passionate about delivering a great day out for all whilst also promoting safety.  Typical duties include:

  • Welcoming guests on admissions, processing entry tickets and cash handling.
  • Operating our classically restored vintage fairground and outside amusement rides (18 years +) or running side stall games (16 years).
  • Making sure the park is always presentable. Litter picking, emptying bins and general custodial/cleaning duties, gardening.
  • Car parking.
  • Helping with additional tasks including theatre stewarding and participating in costume character appearances.

Can you deliver great customer service in a fast paced, busy environment?

As part of our Operations and guest facing team, we’re looking for reliable, outgoing people, full of energy, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.  You’ll need to be adaptable and willing to learn  to carry out a range of duties, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as to strict safety protocols.
