Senior Outlets Supervisor

Our Food and Beverage department consists of 8 outlets across the site including the Hungry Farmer Restaurant, Burger Bar, Pizza, Coffee Shop, ice-cream parlours and Candy Shop.

The role:

This is a varied and operational role which will require you to take the lead on guest service, health and safety and food hygiene to ensure our mission to exceed expectations is delivered and high standards are upheld.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Working across the outlets, including kitchens, as required to deliver a fast, efficient service to meet the needs and high expectations of our guests. You will be required to undertake lunch covers in outlets, as well as supervise outlets in the absence of the designated supervisor/assistants.

• Supervise, train and support the team, creating a positive and pro-active working environment.

• Act as a point of contact for guest relations, troubleshooting and forward planning to deliver the highest level of guest service.

• Ensure compliance with Folly Farm’s service and brand standards.

• Take the lead on all H&S protocols including completion of due-diligence and daily checks.

• Support with stock deliveries and distribution across outlets; please note this will include 7am starts, as well as place orders as required to ensure a smooth operation.

Who we’re looking for:

Working in this fast-paced role the successful candidate will need to be flexible to respond to a range of work situations, with a professional, approachable and positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need excellent communication skills, be a team player and guest focused. Previous supervisory/training experience in a similar role is essential. Possession of a recognised food hygiene certificate is desirable.

Hours	FULL TIME POSITION; working 5 days per week on a 7-day rota basis. Please note under this system your days/hours can vary each week. Please note due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays
