We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, enthusiastic person to join our food and beverage supervisory team.
Liaising with the management team you’ll be responsible for ensuring your designated outlet is fully operational to meet the needs of our guests. You’ll also be assisting with team training. Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are followed. Plus stock control.
Key responsibilities include; staff supervision, training and organisation. Cash handling, food preparation, stock control/wastage, counter service and cleaning/custodial duties.
As part of our supervisory team, you will need to have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Bringing energy and enthusiasm you’ll be people focused, and driven to deliver our mission to exceed guests’ expectations, creating magical moments for families to treasure. You’ll need to take the lead with food hygiene; ensuring policies are always adhered to. Support and nurture the team to fulfil their potential with excellent motivational and communication skills and lead by example.
Previous catering and supervisory experience desirable.
Must be flexible in their working hours and willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
