Well, meet Folly Farm’s Experience Makers! We’re proud to have filmed with Working Wales recently, shining the spotlight on careers in the tourism and hospitality sector by speaking to the people who are already a part of this exciting and varied industry!

Our head of HR developed her career from joining as a seasonal retail assistant, our senior maintenance engineer started as a trainee and was then supported through an apprenticeship to develop his mechanical and engineering skills and our operations and marketing team members are gaining valuable experience in the workplace alongside their degrees with flexible working hours a real benefit.
