We’re currently taking part in the government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, running until 01 September 2026. During this period only we’ll be applying a 12.5%* discount to our standard day admission tickets, children’s meal and children’s menu items, holiday park admission tickets, school and group visits (where applicable). This represents the reduced 5% rate on the VAT element which we are passing on to our visitors. And even more good news is that you will still qualify for our free return visit within seven days when purchasing Great British Summer Savings tickets!

How to buy
Great British Summer Savings tickets can be purchased via our website or at admissions. The price of these tickets is the same if purchased online or at the gate.
Please note that any Great British Summer Savings tickets produced for entry after 01 September will not be accepted.

Please note: With family day tickets, if someone is unable to attend the full ticket will be redeemed with no partial refunds possible.

Children’s meals and children’s menu items
The reduced prices will apply to children’s meals and children’s menu items marketed as such on our menus. Further details will be added here when finalised.
Exclusions from the offer
Under the government guidelines certain items are not included in the offer so we are still subject to the full 20% VAT rate on the following;
- Annual passes
- Fairground wristbands
- Fairground pay per ride tokens
- Gift vouchers
- Any items for sale in our retail outlets
- Any items not marketed as children’s meals or children’s menu items including items from the drinks menu at our food outlets
- Animal experiences
- Animal adoptions
For operational reasons we will not be retrospectively applying the offer to the following;
- Open-dated corporate tickets already paid for
- Open-dated online tickets already paid for
- School trips already paid for
- Group trips already paid for
- Gift vouchers already paid for
