The Role:
As part of our Operations team, you’ll be assisting with the day to day running and supervision of multiple areas including; Admissions, Fairground and outside rides, park presentation and Holiday Park.
Driven to deliver our mission to exceed guests’ expectations, you will be promoting the highest of guest service standards, as well as taking the lead with health & safety; ensuring policies and procedures are always adhered to. Leading by example, you will also be responsible for supporting and training the Assistant team to fulfil their duties and full potential.
Who we’re looking for:
Working in this fast-paced and varied role, the successful candidate will need to be adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and to time frames. To be successful, you must be a real team player with excellent communication skills, attentive to detail and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Candidates will need to hold a full, clean driving licence, with experience of working within the tourism/leisure industry advantageous.
Please note, this is a hands-on, practical and physical role.
Hours | Approximately 40 hours per week. Working hours vary on a 7-day rota basis with start times of 8am/9am. Finish times vary as business demands. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays. Some evening shifts may also be required to cover the Holiday Park (3pm – 10pm). |
