Food and Beverage Supervisor

The role:

Supporting the management team, you will be working with our existing supervisory team to ensure the smooth running of your designated outlet, with key responsibility for staff training and guest relations. Outlets range from fast food such as our Burger Bar to the Candy Shop. Daily duties will include:

  • Ensuring a friendly welcome to all, providing impeccable guest service.
  • Training the team and delegating tasks to ensure all checks and jobs are completed, always leading by example.
  • Using the till, processing orders and following all cash handling procedures whilst managing any queues.
  • Maintaining 5* food hygiene standards: completing daily checks, rotating and organising stock and labelling all products with accuracy, working to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Overseeing and conducting food and drink preparation of a variety of foods.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the outlet: mopping, sweeping, washing up etc. whilst making sure the presentation of the outlet is to a high standard.

To be a Folly Farm supervisor, you’ll need to be a team player with excellent communication and training skills. You’ll need to be people focused and driven to provide a magical day out for our guests, with the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have catering and training experience, with food hygiene qualifications being advantageous but not essential.
