"I was given a sloth experience by my wife for my 40th last year, we had to wait a little while because they are so popular, however, the wait was SO worth it! It is by far the best experience I have ever had, Button was just perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience, Caroline who supervised the experience was amazing! "For my 12 year old, meeting Button was a dream come true. He has always been a huge fan of sloths and we found out so much information that we didn't know beforehand from her keeper, Natasha. Feeding Button was absolutely amazing, she was taking the food right out of my sons hand. She even opened her mouth at one point and let him feed her. He was on cloud nine and quite emotional. "The experience was purchased for my 11 year old grand-daughter. We were welcomed by the very knowledgeable and lovely keeper, who answered all our questions. Button hopefully enjoyed the experience even though she wasn't fussed with the lettuce but enjoyed the other foods offered and gave us plenty of photo opportunities. "I loved the Sloth feeding. The keeper made me feel very welcome. She gave me so much information about sloths in general and about the two sloths kept at Folly Farm. She was happy and helpful. The enclosure for the sloths was lovely. I liked that it wasn't behind a cage or plastic screen. It was nice to be able to feed both sloths during my visit. Loved the sloth toy and certificate to take home at the end."

"Fantastic experience from the welcome on arrival to leaving several hours later. Helpful staff throughout the farm. Amazingly knowledgeable Harry who escorted us for the experience and shared lots of information and made the whole experience a dream come true for my son who wants to become a zoologist. "This was a birthday present for my son, who loves sloths. He was so excited beforehand and it didn’t disappoint. The sloths were keen for their treats and actually interacted far more than I thought they might. Martha was lovely with him and we were given as much time as we wanted for photos etc. He thoroughly enjoyed it and hasn’t stopped chatting about it since."

"We honestly had a fantastic day, meeting Tuppee and Lightcap was truly amazing. I never thought I’d get the chance to do something like that so you have definitely made a 40 year old very happy. The experience itself was well organised, at the gate we were given all the information we needed and given directions on where to be for the start time. Your keepers were so friendly and knowledgeable, they made us feel welcome and explained how we needed to be around the sloths before we went in. They both seemed extremely confident and competent in their role. We didn’t feel rushed and in fact were surprised that we had been in there for 30 minutes, it really did seem a lot longer. We travelled from North Yorkshire to visit and it was definitely worth it. I was over the moon with the gift, it will hold some great memories. I can’t thank Folly Farm enough for the experience. I can’t wait to come back and do it again! We’re even talking about booking a giraffe feeding next time as well!"

If you love sloths this is the best opportunity, the lovely lady that was there with us was so chatty and answered all our questions and the sloths were so active for us! "A wonderful chance to get up close to these fascinating creatures. The new enclosure was really jaw-dropping and so well done, you can see the sloths were loving it there and it was a great setting for the experience. Becky, the zookeeper was so knowledgeable about Tuppee and Lightcap and told us some really interesting stories about them both, including their own little habits and quirks. We hand fed Lightcap (Tuppee was asleep!) and it was great to hand the food over and watch her take it from me. The way she clasped the food was so cute! The time we spent just flew by and it was really a memorable experience which I highly recommend."

"Something to tick off the bucket list. The sloth experience definitely exceeded my expectations in many ways. I was able to stand right up close to Lightcap who was a huge fan of the carrots I was feeding her. She was ever so gentle taking them from my hand and nibbling away. I particularly loved the new enclosure, the sloths were far more visible and it was incredible to see how they had turned this space into the new Sloth Forest. The zoo keeper Becky was so knowledgeable, answering any questions that came to mind and informing me all about the weird and wonderful things sloths do! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to everyone!"

"My son loved and was thrilled with this short but amazing experience, however the price for such a short time is extremely expensive, and to have to pay to get into Folly Farm in the first place (particularly if you go regularly and don't want to look round) is daylight robbery!"
